Please fill out an order request form with as many details as possible. I will respond back with availability and a quote within 12 hours. To ensure availability, I highly recommend sending a request at your earliest convenience

Once an order request form has been received and a quote has been sent, I will confirm total payment via text or email. A full non-refundable payment will be due via Venmo or Zelle 2 weeks before your celebration date.

Design changes or cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks before event date. After full payment has been made, design requests may not be possible. And cancellations are non- refundable.

I offer curbside pick up in Oakland Township, pick up in the Rochester Papa Joes parking lot, pick up in the Lake Orion Meijer parking lot, or pick up in the Rochester Rd Lowes parking lot depending on your location.

I offer delivery and set up for a reasonable fee, depending on event location and availability. All 3 tiered or taller cakes require delivery service and set up. 2 tiered cakes do not require delivery, but I highly recommend it. And dessert table delivery and set up is also available if needed.

You will slice a cake into long strips, not wedges. Then you will slice the strips into smaller pieces. I have attached a cake cutting tutorial for you to view. Feel free to reference the video

I can accommodate gluten-free and/or nut-free dessert requests depending upon availability, however, I am not a certified allergen-free bakery. Cross contamination is very possible.

Once the cake or dessert items are picked up or delivered, I am not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage. Printed detailed instructions will be provided for all customers at pick up. Please reach out with any questions.

I reserve the right to photograph any of my creations and post them online for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have something featured, please let me know in advance. And if you would like to share pictures of your celebration and desserts with me to possibly post, please feel free to email or text them to me.
